We recently got new technical books for our office library. In 1971, Gerald Weinberg published his (now classic) book, The Psychology of Computer Programming. ThoughtWorkers pitched in with their books recommendation and we ended up getting a great collection of books. Government, math and sociology. Unfortunately, geek psychology doesn't often lead to this kind of design process.
